How to Cash In: Review a Current Request

A cash-in request should be read as a specific set of instructions, not a reusable screenshot. JDPRIME explains the records to connect before transferring money to a separate account service.

Read the current recipient and conditions

Use the provider's confirmed account route to inspect its supported methods for the request. Check the recipient, amount, minimum or maximum, charges and any expiry. Wallet and bank-transfer references in a guide are examples rather than confirmation that a method is supported. Compare the receiving details with the current instructions before approving a transfer in another application.

Keep both sides of the payment record

Retain the account request number and the payment service's receipt or reference privately. Follow the provider's stated confirmation steps and check how it describes a pending request. If credit is delayed, ask about that existing transfer through the recognised support route before sending money again. Share only what that private process requires, and never place a password or one-time code in a receipt message. JDPRIME does not accept or credit player deposits.

Before You Continue

  • Use instructions for the current request.
  • Confirm the recipient, amount and charges.
  • Keep request and transfer references together.
  • Ask about a delay before repeating payment.
