Clarify the role and applicant route
Ask the provider whether a programme exists, who may apply and which contact handles applications. A login for approved agents may not be a new-applicant form. Request the permitted activity, onboarding requirements and support responsibilities before supplying application details.
Review conditions before accepting
Read referral attribution, assessment periods, any payment calculation and dispute procedures together. Keep a copy of the applicable agreement and ask about unclear deductions or changes.
